The complete inventory. Take your time, be honest, and leave blank whatever doesn’t apply; there are no wrong answers, and nothing here is a commitment. Your responses come directly to me and are read in strict confidence: the starting point for the scenes I design around your real desires and boundaries. New to this? Anything you rate Made to or higher unfolds the fine controls: how hard it can go, a mark for the things you especially want, and room for a note. Many activities are split by role: how you feel about receiving something can differ from giving it.
