Dynamic Agreement
Most friction in a dynamic traces back to something that was never written down, so write it down together. Walk through the terms here and they become one document you both hold: the frame, the protocols, the signals, the care. It is not a legal contract and does not pretend to be one. It is a shared understanding put in writing, and remember that the writing is only the guide: the dynamic itself is lived between you. Specific activities and limits stay in the Full Checklist, filled out and shared by each of you, so they are not restated here. Everything stays on this device unless you share it, with each other or with me, and feel free to copy or print it when it is ready.
Treat this as a starting point, not the finish. An established dynamic deserves standards and protocols written precisely and personally, in your own words, and agreed together.
